As VP of Product, I was responsible for all user-facing aspects of the VC-backed fintech startup’s digital products. My team built a bespoke loan origination and management platform based on my analysis and planning, that contributed to nearly $200MM in loan originations.

I managed digital aspects of customer acquisition, pre-qualification, loan application, account servicing, and user retention, and our products empowered users to self-manage a $70MM portfolio.
